We are currently recruiting for a Primary Servicing Senior Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team in Uxbridge. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in managing residential mortgage and loan portfolios in a highly customer focused environment within the financial services sector. Your role will involve end to end servicing and administration of the mortgage throughout the complete lifecycle, whilst being a support to the Primary Servicing Manager in deliverance of high standards in all areas of the business.
You will be working within an established team that is a key part of Pepper's operations and you will receive ample support so that you can be successful in your role.
We would like to hear from candidates with good experience of delivering exceptional customer service and who are highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively and accurately.
As a Primary Servicing Senior Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* To understand and support the team plan for keeping all queues managed within SLA goal.
* To support inbound call handling by monitoring Specialist's activity and by taking calls when needed.
* To work the Manager queue within context of mandate, ensuring items stay within SLA.
* To act as a first point of call for Specialists requiring management assistance.
* To effectively liaise with Clients, representing Pepper appropriately (if applicable).
* To take responsibility for resolving complaints as per the Complaints process.
* To assist with monthly QA, Oversight and End to End reporting.
* To assist with Call Observations and 1:1 meetings where required.
* To review and create procedure documents where required.
* To deputise in the Primary Servicing Manager’s absence.
* To train, coach and develop the team as needed.
* To act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business queries, and in contributions to projects as required.
We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills: Loan Administrator, Account Management, Loan management, arrears management, litigation, customer service.
The role will pay up to £31,000 + benefits dependant upon skills and experience.

Additionally experience of client relationship management is highly desirable.
